Pinecrest Serves as Exclusive Financial Advisor to Elite Surgical Affiliates’ Management Companies

DALLAS, TX (December 12, 2017) – Pinecrest Capital Partners (“Pinecrest”), a premier investment banking firm to middle market companies, is proud to announce that Elite Surgical Affiliates has completed a 50.1% sale of four management companies which oversee three ambulatory surgery centers and one surgical hospital (“Elite”) at a combined enterprise value of $120.0 million to Nobilis Health Corp. We’re excited to partner with Nobilis while continuing to manage exceptional surgical services to the Houston market.”

“Lori and the entire Elite team were great to work with on this transaction,” added Barrett Kingsriter, Senior Managing Director for Pinecrest. “We’re delighted that we were able to meet our client’s objectives in the transaction while helping to strengthen the healthcare community in Houston.
