DALLAS, TX, June 15, 2023 — Pinecrest Capital Partners (“Pinecrest”) is proud to announce that Dyna-Mist, a leading provider of commercial landscaping services based in Wylie, Texas, has been acquired by Visterra Landscape Group (“Visterra”), a portfolio company of Trinity Hunt Partners (“THP”). Pinecrest served as the exclusive advisor to Dyna-Mist in this transaction.

Founded in 1990 by Randy Plumlee, Dyna-Mist has built an impressive reputation in the industry and among its customers as one of the premier landscaping service providers in North Texas. Dyna-Mist provides its customer base with routine maintenance, seasonal enhancement, and irrigation services. The new partnership with Visterra will provide Dyna-Mist with key resources and support to continue to expand operations through its next phase of growth.

Pinecrest Managing Director Bobby Renkes, Director Wes Romanowski, and Senior Associate Ted Gwara served as the investment bankers on the transaction.
