As Directors, they are responsible for the evaluation and origination of new client opportunities as well as managing the execution of transactions in M&A, capital raising and corporate advisory engagements. This promotion is a recognition of the trio’s significant contributions to Pinecrest’s growth and success and their true roles at the firm.

Scott joined Pinecrest in 2014 as an Analyst. Prior to joining the firm, Scott worked in the valuation practice at PWC in Dallas, TX, where he focused primarily on large company valuations.

Wes joined Pinecrest in 2015 as an Analyst. Prior to joining the firm, Wes worked in the financial diligence practice at KPMG in Dallas, TX, where he focused primarily on buy-side and sell-side Quality of Earnings.

Geoff joined Pinecrest in 2015 as an Analyst. Prior to joining the firm, Geoff worked at Pharos Capital Group, where he focused primarily on healthcare transactions.
