Barrett Kingsriter’s career has focused on advising on business strategy, mergers and acquisitions, private placements for companies in a variety of industries and stages of development, capital raising and corporate formation. His extensive expertise in successfully managing complex transactions crosses a broad spectrum of industries, including energy, healthcare, industrials, technology, manufacturing, aerospace, financial services, technology and construction. As Senior Managing Director at Pinecrest Capital Partners, Kingsriter concentrates on merger and acquisition advising, capital raising transactions and advising companies on strategic and growth initiatives.
Prior to forming Pinecrest, an
investment banking firm based in Dallas, Texas that offers exclusive advisory services to middle market companies with enterprise values typically ranging from $25 million to $500 million, Kingsriter served with several prestigious investment banking and financial advisory institutions, including Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking at Barrier Advisors, Inc.; Vice President of Commerce Street Capital, LLC; and Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking at NexBank Capital Advisors. He served as Managing Director at NexBank Capital, Inc. He also served as an Analyst with SAMCO Capital Markets, Inc. where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, private placements and research for funds management.
Kingsriter earned his bachelor of science in Political Science from Southern Methodist University and studied Political Science and International Law at Oxford and Cambridge Universities. He holds a juris doctorate from the University of Richmond. He is registered with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) as a General Securities Representative (Series 7, 63) and an Investment Banking Representative (Series 79).
