Barrett Kingsriter and Bobby Renkes founded Pinecrest in 2014 with the vision of stewarding family- and founder-owned companies through life-changing M&A transactions, guiding owners to achieve both their personal and business objectives. Since its founding, Pinecrest has grown its team and capabilities to provide capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic operations advisory to private companies across the nation. Over the last 10 years we have completed more than 80 transactions across a diverse range of industries, representing over $2 billion dollars in transaction value.
