Barrett Kingsriter’s career has focused on advising on business strategy, mergers and acquisitions, private placements for companies in a variety of industries and stages of development, capital raising, and corporate formation. His extensive expertise in successfully managing complex transactions crosses a broad spectrum of industries, including energy, healthcare, industrials, technology, manufacturing, aerospace, financial services, technology, and construction. As Senior Managing Director at Pinecrest Capital Partners, Mr. Kingsriter concentrates on merger and acquisition advising, capital raising transactions and advising companies on strategic and growth initiatives.

Prior to forming Pinecrest, Mr. Kingsriter served with prestigious investment banking and financial advisory institutions where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions, including Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking at NexBank Capital, Inc.; Vice President of Commerce Street Capital, LLC and as an Analyst with SAMCO Capital Markets, Inc.

Mr. Kingsriter earned his bachelor of science in Political Science from Southern Methodist University where he was a President’s Scholar and studied Political Science and International Law at Oxford and Cambridge Universities. He holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Richmond. He is registered with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) as a General Securities Representative (Series 7, 63) and an Investment Banking Representative (Series 79).
