DALLAS, TX, June 18, 2024 — Pinecrest Capital Partners (“Pinecrest”) is pleased to announce that United Skid Tracks (“UST”), a leading nationwide distributor of premium rubber tracks, has been partnered with Parts ASAP (“ASAP”), a portfolio company of Kinderhook Industries (“Kinderhook”). Pinecrest served as the exclusive advisor to the Company in this transaction.

UST was originally founded by Greg Snider and Matt Palmer in 2020. UST resiliently overcame the challenges of launching a business during COVID-19 and proved triumphant by tripling sales in the span of three years. As one of the leading distributors of premium rubber tracks, UST has been extremely successful in shipping products to a variety of customers across all 50 states. The acquisition of United Skid Tracks expands and reinforces Parts ASAP’s aftermarket agricultural, construction and industrial equipment parts offerings while strengthening its internal sales and marketing capabilities.
