DALLAS, TX, September 13, 2023 — Pinecrest Capital Partners, LLC (“Pinecrest”), an investment

today announced both the hiring of Liam White as an Associate and Luke Dodson as an Analyst.

Prior to joining Pinecrest, Liam worked at Texas Instruments on their corporate finance team. Liam
graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and most recently
completed his MBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University with a concentration in
strategy and entrepreneurship. While completing his MBA, he was an Analyst Intern for Patriot
Capital, a private equity firm in Dallas, TX.

Pinecrest also announced the hiring of Luke Dodson as Analyst. Prior to joining Pinecrest, Luke
worked in a Controller role with Potomac Technologies and most recently as a Financial
Analyst/Controller for Lonestar Precious Metals Recycling, a family-owned recycling business. Luke
graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Minor in
Economics.
