Ryan Tuohy serves as a Vice President at Pinecrest Capital Partners. As a member of Pinecrest, Mr. Tuohy provides advisory support on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and other transaction execution services.

Prior to joining Pinecrest, Mr. Tuohy served as an Investment Banking Associate at Hennepin Partners in Chicago, where he focused on middle market M&A transactions. He previously held a similar role at FocalPoint Partners and began his career at BMO Capital Markets, where he spent three years as an Analyst and Associate in the investment banking group in Minneapolis.

Mr. Tuohy graduated from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management with a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Finance.
