DALLAS, TX, January 3, 2024 — Pinecrest Capital Partners (“Pinecrest”) is proud to announce that a leading Franchisee of Floyd’s 99 Barbershop (“Company”), a well-known nationwide barbershop concept, has been partnered with Dekos Capital (“Dekos”) and Peninsula Capital Partners (“Peninsula”). Pinecrest served as the exclusive advisor to the Company in this transaction.

The Company initially invested in the brand in 2018 and has more than doubled the location count over its ownership tenure, while successfully navigating the business through the difficult time of COVID-19. As one of the most successful Franchisee’s of Floyd’s 99, the Company has been extremely successful in expanding its footprint throughout DFW, while also expanding into new geographies, including Houston, TX, Arkansas, and Oklahoma.

Pinecrest Managing Director Bobby Renkes and Director Wes Romanowski served as the investment bankers on the transaction.
